Let’s face it: being an adult can be overwhelming. Trying to manage work, your house, kids, and a social life is exhausting. It’s overpowering, leaving you feeling bewildered. As a mother of two working full time, believe me when I say I feel you.

Look no further. Enter: your optimising oracle, your capable crusader, your Luchadora Litigator.
Why that alter ego? Simple. I’m a disputes lawyer by day (hence the ‘Litigator’), adept at the skills to cross examine that 3 year old as to the whereabouts of their socks, and crafty when it comes to loopholes in that gym contract you’ve got yourself imprisoned in. And ‘Luchadora’? That’s twofold: I’m a fighter (in my job and in ethos), and I adore Professional Wrestling, especially the high-flying Mexican luchadors and luchadoras. And so the odd juxtaposition of the Luchadora Litigator was born.
So what is the point of this blog? It’s a training ground. A battleguide to the shortcuts and cheats that will get you through. We are all facing the infuriating nature of navigating changing health advice (is it 1 glass of wine a week, 3 glasses or none), the ongoing battle with endless emails (did I really need to be copied to something I’m not involve din), and the never-ending drudgery of housework (who knew skirting boards needed dusting?!). This blog is here to help you optimise your life, body-slam the admin, and reclaim those 10 minutes spent battling through appointment bookings. We will overcome the nightmare of herding adult friends together (like stray cats), and reclaim time for your own wellbeing: whether that really is 5am yoga or vegetating on the couch.
